The contents of our pages have been compiled with the utmost care. We cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As a Supplier of services, according to Sec. 7 Para.1 German Teleservices Act (GTA), we are responsible under general laws for proprietary contents on these pages. According to Sec. 8 to 10 TMG, as a Supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted, transferred or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, this liability only applies from the point in time when a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as we become aware of relevant breaches of the law, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites, over which we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for third-party content. The respective provider or operator of any linked site is always responsible for its contents. These sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking to them. They contained no apparent illegal content at the time of linking. Any permanent control of linked pages is unreasonable without any concrete evidence of a violation. We will immediately remove said links on being notified of such violations.
The content and work on pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, adaption, distribution and any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
