Your tasks

  • Development and expansion of our customer base in the North American growth regions
  • Increase in sales, market share, and awareness in the region
  • Definition and implementation of regional market and sales strategies, together with the management
  • Further expansion of sales channels
  • Systematic market observation and analysis to determine customer, market, and sales potential
  • Active support and maintenance of existing customers; consolidation of customer relationships through well-founded technical expertise with solution-oriented, friendly demeanor

 

Your profile

  • You need to have commercial and/or technical vocational training or advanced training as a technician, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of the plastics sector
  • Several years of experience in the international sale of complex, technical products (B2B)
  • Your personal strengths should include good social skills, trustworthiness, and highly independent thinking
  • You must have in-depth, practical sales expertise and a high level of technical affinity
  • A distinctly solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage a highly diverse, cross-sector customer base
  • Strong willingness to travel (40-50% without COVID-19 travel restrictions)
  • Very good spoken and written English skills; other foreign languages would be an advantage
  • Good German skills, at least at level B2, preferably C1
